Alberto Dulay

Born and raised in the Philippines, Alberto brings more than a decade of diverse Design and Construction Document Management experiences in Asia and the US.

Alberto started his career in the US as a Designer to an award winning LA architect. There, he produced design and construction drawing packages for multi-family and luxury homes of celebrities and famed families in places such as Brentwood and Beverly Hills. Before joining Next, Alberto was a Senior Job Captain at RDC, working on award winning retail, market, cinemas, and office interiors.

As an artist, Alberto has exhibited watercolor paintings of urban scenes and portraits in various galleries throughout the Long Beach Arts District.
