George Takayama

George brings to the Next team 18 years of experience. His notable projects include G12 / Olive & Pico, a mixed-use development near LA’s Fashion District; Hanover Northgate, a 7-story podium apartment in Oakland, California; and the Japanese Village Plaza redesign project located in Little Tokyo of Downtown LA.

Prior to joining Next Architecture, George has worked at various firms such as Gensler, TCA Architects, Christopher David Associates, PAL International, Inc., M. Okamoto & Associates, Inc., Rothenberg Sawasy Architects, Inc., and Simon Lee & Associates, Inc. He has served as a Job Captain and Project Manager.
