INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER

 

The INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER will be responsible for providing support to the project team leaders in the development and implementation of project design, production, and presentation drawings on various types of buildings ranging between multifamily housing, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

 

LOCATION: Work from home or in Long Beach, CA

JOB TYPE: Full time

EXPERIENCE:

Building Architecture Experience: 3-5 years

Multi-family housing experience preferred

Strong SketchUp modeling skills required

Experience with Enscape for architectural visualization and rendering strongly preferred

JOB FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to:

  • The ability to conceptualize and communicate design solutions through sketches, drawings, renderings and specifications

  • Collaborating with project team leaders on all phases of design and production

  • Prepare concept, design development and construction document presentations

  • Providing effective oral and written communications with clients, consultants, and team members

  • Moving between projects as needed to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up
