Nazer Calip

Nazer Calip provides 17 years of experience in a wide range of projects.  He started his career working on single family residential homes and has since worked on projects such as commercial retail stores/buildings, community centers, banks, medical centers, office spaces, mixed-use and multi-family buildings.  Some of his previous projects include Walmart stores, East West Bank, and Forever 21 stores, located both domestic and internationally.  These have been built in China, Mexico, and multiple countries in South America including Brazil.

Prior to joining Next Architecture, Nazer worked at Owen Group, where his latest experience involved converting several hotels/motels to homeless shelters in the city of Los Angeles. Some other firms/companies he has worked at include P+R Architects, SLSD and Forever 21 (Architecture Dept.).
